The Digital Sanctuary

✨ What is this project?

The Digital Sanctuary is a premium, collaborative, peer-to-peer virtual co-working space designed for friends, colleagues, and remote focus sessions. Combining ambient sound synthesis (via Tone.js) with a real-time collaborative HTML5 Canvas, it allows you to build your own focused cabin, cyberpunk workspace, or ocean sanctuary.

🛠️ Key Features & How to Use

• Ambient Sound Mixer: Toggle and mix the volume sliders in the bottom panel to synthesize Rain, Thunder, Waves, Fire Crackle, Wind, or Tape Hiss. You can also switch between ambient Synthesizer melodies and live Lofi Radio.
• Pomodoro Timer: Adjust the focus duration by hovering over the circular timer and clicking the arrows (▲/▼). Click START to focus and RESET to start over.
• Room Collaboration: Click Share Vibe Setup at the bottom to copy your room's secure invite link. When colleagues join, their rooms will snap side-by-side with yours on the Canvas!
• Sticky Notes: Double-click any empty glass partition on the Canvas to create a new sticky note. Write your text, select a category tag (Work, Study, Personal, etc.), and pick your tag color!
• Sticky Note Management: Move notes by dragging them across partition boundaries. Click or double-click any note (or note card in the right sidebar) to read it zoomed-in. Owners can edit and delete, while guests view in read-only mode.

🔒 Safe & Open Source

This project is 100% serverless, private, and peer-to-peer. Your notes, ambient mixes, and keyboard actions are sent directly to your peers using encrypted WebRTC data channels. All inputs are strictly sanitized to prevent malicious injections.
